This form is to register your child(ren) for the 2018-2019 school year at George-Little Rock Community Schools. We will need parent/guardian information, information on all your children who will be attending GLR this school year, emergency contact information and parental consent on a few items. Please fill this out in its entirety and hit “Submit” at the bottom. We look forward to working with you and your children this year.
